Sitara Hultman is a full-time REALTOR® and Associate Broker at Bluefield Realty Group. She’s a trusted advocate for her clients, helping them buy and sell homes, land and investment properties throughout Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Sitara’s perspective is shaped by years of living abroad and navigating her own professional relocations.

Before real estate, Sitara led sales and marketing teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, mastering negotiation and strategy skills which now give her clients a distinct edge. She believes there’s always a way forward and usually finds it!

Outside work, Sitara advocates for animal rights and sponsors local events supporting animal rescue and plant-based dining. She lives in downtown Greenville and enjoys hiking or biking at Paris Mountain and along the Swamp Rabbit Trail to Travelers Rest.
