For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about seeing what a property can become and helping people see the possibilities, too.

As a real estate agent serving Upstate South Carolina, I bring a unique perspective to my clients. Long before becoming a real estate agent, I spent more than 25 years as a business owner and developed a passion for renovating and flipping homes. I love walking into a property, recognizing its potential, rethinking the floor plan, choosing finishes, and finding ways to make a home both beautiful and functional.

That hands-on experience gives me a practical eye when helping buyers and sellers. I understand that sometimes a house needs a little imagination to become the right home, and I also understand which improvements can make a meaningful difference when preparing a property for the market.

My years as a business owner and a registered nurse taught me the importance of listening, communicating clearly, solving problems, and taking care of people. Those are the same values I bring to every real estate transaction.

Born and raised in the Upstate, I’m proud to call Pelzer, South Carolina, home. Family is a huge part of my life, and when I’m not working in real estate or dreaming up my next renovation, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our nine grandchildren, and the rest of our family—including our two Australian Shepherds, Teddy and Timber.
