Angie VanBurik is the Founder & Strategic Real Estate Advisor at Core Two Group, a residential real estate advisory serving Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina.

Before launching Core Two Group, Angie spent nearly two decades leading national sales organizations in the medical technology industry, culminating as Vice President and Head of U.S. Sales overseeing a $145 million national portfolio. Her executive leadership experience shaped the strategic thinking, negotiation, disciplined execution, and client-first approach that now define her real estate practice.

Angie transitioned into real estate because she wanted to do work that aligned with how she naturally serves people: helping them navigate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and a thoughtful plan. Real estate brings together the things she values most professionally: strategy, relationships, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and meaningful service during moments that truly matter.

Like many of her clients, Angie has personally navigated relocation, residential investing, buying and selling homes, and major life transitions. Those experiences give her a practical understanding of the financial, emotional, and logistical weight that often come with real estate decisions. She brings a calm, steady approach to helping clients evaluate their options, develop a strategy, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Angie enjoys spending time with her two sons, watching sports, cooking new foods, getting outdoors with her dogs, exploring the Upstate, and finding the next adventure. Her work is grounded in trust, character, intention, and consistently showing up for the people she serves.
