Steve has sold over 110 million dollars of real estate for over 500 satisfied clients in 22 years. As a listing agent, Steve understands that selling a home in a buyer's market requires precise pricing, professional staging, and perfect marketing, and that this combo only comes with extensive experience and local market expertise. Steve takes pride in constant communication and feedback both to his clients and on his clients behalf so that they always are informed of the status of their home. Steve's slogan is "No one works harder for you" and Steve proves that to be true for all his clients. As a buyer's agent, Steve is aggressive and thorough and is never satisfied until his buyer's find the perfect home in the perfect location at the perfect price. Once that home is found, Steve is an expert negotiator and consultant for his clients and he ensures that his buyers are comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. Steve and his wife, Susan, have two children, Lindsey, age 23, and Marcus, age 2, both of whom are recent graduates of Anderson University. They live in Taylors, SC. Steve's hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, and following sports. Prior to earning his real estate sales license, Steve worked for eight years in public accounting, most recently as an auditor with KPMG. Steve has earned a BS in marketing management, is also a graduate of the Wyatt Real Estate Institute, and has done extensive training to earn the GRI designation.
