With nearly three decades of comprehensive real estate experience, Rhett Brown brings an unparalleled depth of expertise to her role as Broker-in-Charge at BrownStone Real Estate. A Greenville native and fourth-generation real estate professional, Rhett's journey through every facet of the industry—from appraisal to new construction, from mortgage lending to luxury sales—has shaped her into the distinguished leader she is today. 

While attending the College of Charleston, Rhett served as an assistant to two top-producing agents, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in contracts, negotiations, and client service early in her career. After graduating in 1997, she began her professional real estate journey as an appraiser. She quickly expanded into new construction sales and eventually became a versatile expert in all aspects of residential real estate. Her adaptability and commitment to excellence became especially evident during the Great Recession, when she successfully guided over 60 families through complex shortsale transactions—demonstrating her ability to navigate challenging market conditions while always prioritizing her clients’ needs. 

As the 2024 President of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® and 2023 REALTOR® of the Year, Rhett's influence extends far beyond individual transactions. She holds numerous prestigious designations, including Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. 

Rhett's leadership philosophy emphasizes her dedication to community service. From chairing United Way campaigns to serving on the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®' Community Alliance Board, she demonstrates that real estate success and community impact go hand in hand. Her contributions to organizations like the Cancer Survivors Park Alliance, A Child's Haven, and various educational institutions have earned her recognition, including the 2021 Homer Bryant Philanthropy Award. 

Today, as the driving force behind BrownStone Real Estate, Rhett combines her extensive industry knowledge with a passionate commitment to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.
