Mandy Chapman-Crain
About
After earning degrees from Clemson and Furman Universities, Mandy taught elementary school prior to realizing her dream of a career in real estate nearly two decades ago. She has experience working under various corporate structures in the new construction and general real estate sectors including large franchises and independent brokerages. Additionally, Mandy spent several years recruiting and training agents while helping to develop and implement an alternative business model in the industry. She holds licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
In 2013, Mandy opened her own brokerage where she served as the Broker-In-Charge while continuing to help hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. For the past decade, she and her team have focused on making each day count while being committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence, trust and integrity in business. Mandy is thrilled to take Carolina Moon Realty to the next level through her partnership with Kevin B. Jones and the launch of Ladston Premier Properties. “After flying solo all of these years, it’s refreshing to combine forces and share my vision for “doing real estate better” with Kevin. Together we have over 50 years of diverse real estate experience that blends perfectly and compliments one another. We’re both passionate about building a company that equips agents with the tools and support they need to not only survive in this business, but thrive” says Chapman-Crain.
Serving as the 2022 President of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), the current President of the Greater Travelers Rest Chamber of Commerce (GTRCC) and director of the annual Travelers Rest Christmas Parade, it is evident that Mandy loves the real estate industry and values building relationships within the community. She and her husband also advocate for the Greenville County Litter Prevention Program and are frequently spotted picking up litter around town. Mandy and her family live on a 10-acre hobby farm in Travelers Rest where they enjoy spending time outdoors tending to their animals, four-wheeling and chasing sunsets.
