Loren Covan was born in Bronx, NY and became a resident of Greenville, SC in 1991. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Counseling Emphasis from Lander University. After graduating, she moved to Spartanburg County to begin what would be a 13 year career in Human Resources, before becoming a REALTOR®.  

     Loren's personality, integrity and drive help her achieve her goals of making the home buying and selling process as seamless as possible while offering the highest level of customer service to her clients. Loren resides in Myers Park in Duncan, SC with her husband of 2 years, 2 sons and Golden Retriever puppy. She loves the beach, singing and anything creative or crafty! Loren loves helping people and enjoys working with her clients, whether experienced or not!  Loren's clients describe her as compassionate, friendly and relatable, someone who will make you feel like you matter and that your home buying/selling venture is just as important to her as it is to you.
