I was drawn to becoming a real estate agent through being a home inspector.  The knowledge I have acquired though doing home inspections allows me to help clients identify red flags on properties that we are previewing, helping us avoid potential properties that will bring many problems.

I have worked with buyers, sellers, out of state buyers, buyers from other countries, investors, veterans, etc, etc.  Through the years of helping clients, I have learned that the process of buying or selling a home is all about the clients’ needs and wants vs thinking of it as only a transaction.   A Realtor is nothing more than a consultant that walks the clients through the process of buying or selling and provides their experience and suggestions but at the end of the day the final decisions are that of the client.

Me and my wife moved down from Pennsylvania in 2001 and since that time we have owned a handful of properties in the upstate that we either turned into rentals or renovated to sell.  All while having two children and setting roots here in the upstate.  Real Estate has given me the flexibility to be involved with my children and all of their activities while building my own business and living the American Dream.
