Andrea Bolding-Walker began her real estate career in 2016.  She practices primarily in the upstate region of South Carolina, covering Greenville, Anderson, Laurens, Pickens and Spartanburg Counties.  Andrea focuses heavily on meeting the needs of her clients, whether they are residential buyers, sellers or investors.

Andrea is also interested in domestic and international referral opportunities.  Currently she has domestic referral contacts in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.

International referral contacts include Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, London and Phillippines. Currently pursuing relationships in Panama, Ghana and beyond.
