Description

This training, led by Danielle Longdue (CRS Data Education Manager), provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the MLS TaxSuite tools for creating CMAs and prospecting using public tax records. Attendees will learn two primary CMA workflows -- Quick CMA and CMA & Client Report -- along with three comparable refinement views. The session will cover everything from initial branding setup to creating a CMA client report. 

Workflow 1 - Quick CMA -- Rapid comparable analysis with built-in calculations and map refinement tools. Workflow 2 --CMA & Client Report -- Three views (Column, Map, List) with full filter customization.
