Description

This course enhances consumer protection by equipping real estate licensees with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide clients through the complexities of the new home construction process. By clarifying builder pricing structures, timelines, contracts, and incentives, agents are better prepared to set realistic expectations, prevent misunderstandings, and advocate effectively for their clients. The course reduces misinformation, strengthens ethical representation, and ensures licensees can identify potential risks before they impact the consumer—ultimately promoting transparency, professionalism, and informed decision-making that protects the public interest.
