MLS SUBSCRIBER

REALTOR® Membership and Broker consent is required to participate in the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, S.C.

SERVICE FEES

MLS Subscriber Service Fee - $145.00 per Quarter. Individual Subscriber Fees do not include the lease of Supra ActiveKEYs/eKEYs. The KeyHolder Agreement and pricing will be provided upon approval of this application.

New MLS Subscribers are required to attend MLS Orientation within thirty (30) days of applying for membership. Upon approval of this application, you be enrolled for the next available orientation date and receive an email confirmation containing the date and details. Please give a 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend. You will be rescheduled at that time.

All classes begin promptly on time. No admittance is permitted after class begins due to course content.

MEMBER CONSENT

I understand that by providing above my mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number, I consent to receive communications sent from the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, SC, Inc., the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

To be reinstated with the MLS all remaining balances, including GGAR, must be paid in full.

In addition to this application, please submit the MLS System End-User Agreement.
