2026-2028 Mandatory Core Class. All licensed agents must take the Mandatory Core class for every license renewal period. This class meets the LLR Core requirement. Highways & Byways of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission (SCREC) will delve into the roles of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission (SCREC) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (LLR) and outline the complaint and disciplinary process. The course will also cover applying current SC real estate laws related to broker supervision, advertising, agency agreements, AI usage, and wholesaling. Participants will learn to create a compliance action plan that incorporates legal requirements and ethical practices into daily business operation.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students.
