The undersigned hereby applies for participation in the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, S.C. Inc. and agrees to abide by the Bylaws of the Service and all applicable Rules & Regulations of the Service as adopted or amended. The undersigned understands that the REALTORS® Principal of any firm, partnership or corporation designated by said firm, partnership or corporation shall be termed the “Participant” in the Service, shall have rights, benefits and privileges of the Service, and shall accept all obligations to the Service for the Participant’s firm, partnership or corporation, and for compliance with Bylaws and Rules & Regulations of the Service by all persons affiliated with the Participant who utilize the Service. I understand that by providing above my mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, I consent to receive communications sent from the GREATER GREENVILLE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, SOUTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
