SUMMARY:CE - Elective - Real Estate Ethics
DESCRIPTION:This 2.5-hour Ethics continuing education course for real estate agents is designed to fulfill both the South Carolina Real Estate Commission's CE requirements and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) mandatory Ethics training. All Realtors must complete 2.5 hours of Ethics training every three years. Our comprehensive course will guide agents through key ethical standards\, including the NAR Code of Ethics\, ethical decision-making\, and handling conflicts in real estate transactions. By completing this course\, Realtors will ensure they meet both state and national ethics requirements while reinforcing their commitment to professionalism and integrity in the industry.This course is in-person but will also be offered as a Zoom course as well. If you would like to attend through Zoom\, select that option during registration.
