A resident of Greenville, South Carolina, since 1995, Matt Foster is a licensed Real Estate Investment Broker with experience in sales, leasing, buyer/tenant representation, property management, and site selection and development. A multi-million-dollar producer of investment sales, Matt has owned, sold, and invested in commercial real estate for more than 20 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife of 36 years, his two children, and three grandchildren. When he’s not helping clients, you may find him hiking or biking in the local outdoors or following Clemson football. Passionate about issues facing our local community, he also dedicates a considerable amount of time to working with organizations like Make a Wish and the Greenville Humane Society.

Matt earned the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations after earning a BA in Business from Kennesaw University of Georgia.

His interests include his wife, daughters, and church. He has served on boards such as Greenville Transit Authority, West End Association, Bank of Travelers Rest, Greenville Board of Realtors and its Commercial Steering Committee, and others. He is often a CoStar Power Broker and has earned numerous production awards.

Additional honors include:

• The 2nd highest overall producer of over 400 agents for C. Dan Joyner, Realtors in 2022.
• The Broker with the Highest Overall Transactions for ALL of Greenville and Spartanburg Counties in 2018 per CoStar.

• 2015 National Commercial Award by the National Association of Realtors for outstanding achievement in commercial real estate.
