Application for Participation/Company Application

PARTICIPANT CONSENT

The undersigned hereby applies for participation in the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, S.C., Inc. and agrees to abide by the Bylaws of the Service and all applicable Rules & Regulations of the Service as from time to time adopted or amended. I understand that a violation of the Code of Ethics may result in termination of any MLS privileges and that I may be assessed an administrative processing fee which may be in addition to any discipline, including fines, that may be imposed. I understand that by providing above my mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number, I consent to receive communications sent from the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, SC, Inc., the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

In order to be reinstated with the MLS all remaining balances, including GGAR, must be paid in full.

One-time MLS Office set up fee: $500.00

MLS individual quarterly fee: $145.00

In addition to this application, please submit the MLS System End-User Agreement.
